This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased directly from the official Mxnsewr website. If you purchased a Mxnsewr product from Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, another marketplace, or another retailer, please contact the original seller or platform for return and refund assistance according to their policy.

Mxnsewr offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible Mxnsewr products.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable parts, pads, filters, brushes, fragrance sheets, or accessories unless defective upon arrival
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or improper storage
• Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual or care instructions
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
• Commercial, rental, or non-household use

To start a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos showing the issue.
